Here are three spots I scored for the season 2 launch of the CW's sci-fi series, "The 100."
I made some pretty gnarly sounds with a violin (intentionally bordering on sound design). Below are the promos, along with the isolated scores. Please enjoy!
"Empty Spaces"
"Origami"
"White Room"
As a "bonus," here's the original "proof of concept" demo of the theme. It obviously got scaled back quite a bit in the end -- in terms of length, harmony, counterpoint. The theme started as a setting of a funeral/last rites text from the series:
"In peace may you leave the shore
In love may you find the next
Safe passage in your travels
until our final journey to the ground"

Settle Up.
I recently scored another short horror film, this one for my old friend, Bryan Rogers. I'm particularly fond of the credits cue at the end. Enjoy!

Ambitious Orphan #1: It's an American Thing
I've decided to start posting some tunes I've written for no specific project here -- orphaned tunes, brought into the world in a fit of creative passion and left to find their own way. I hope that they can bring joy to [as many as a couple dozen!] people, and maybe -- just maybe -- someone will find them homes.
Background on this one:
I acquired a few thousand new samples last week, and came down with a terrible and protracted earache almost instantaneously upon completion of their download. This song was the result of a week of pent-up creative energy, toying with sounds and effects that are still exciting and new to me. Please to enjoy!
